Payment:
PayPal is the only accepted payment of method we currently offer. If in the unlikely event that PayPal does not authorize your payment, your order will not be accepted and WFW will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Acknowledgement of Order:
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation. It will state what the products are on order & the total cost. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, we will contact you to explain the nature of the difficulty.
Shipping:
We offer flat rate shipping worldwide.
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Delivery estimates:
UK: 2–4 working days (2nd Class Signed For)
Europe: 5–10 working days
Rest of the world: 7-14 working days approximatley, but please allow 30 working days.
All international orders are sent using Royal Mail’s tracked service where available.

Customs and import charges:
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
For customers in the EU, please be aware that VAT and handling fees may be applied upon import.
Returns:
If you wish to return an item bought from WFW, we offer a 30 day refund policy (from delivery date) in the U.K, and 60 day policy internationally, providing your purchase is returned in its original condition & still in its original packaging.
We do not refund the cost of shipping nor return shipping.

Can you make me a custom designed Belt for my figures?
At this time we only offer designs that are available in our online shop.
